Me? I Got Badges

Kind of self-explanatory, eh?

Use the first box to provide a introduction to your big, open self. You can chose to have a brief intro here and link elsewhere. The link from the button below can go to another web site (like a more extensive bio) or even a WordPress Page in this site.

The featured image is added to the top and will link to whatever site you want to. These images are hard cropped to be 480 x 200 pixels, so pick a good image where the good stuff is in the middle.

Like Goldhat, there, isn’t he worth a stinking badge?

You might choose to keep these content pieces short and link out for longer pieces, but you can also use the WordPress Page in this theme as a button link target.

Just try this button. I mean it.

My Wild Western Skills

A second part of a site might be a resume, or an overview of works created, projects, some hint at the awesomeness of my skill set.

You can completely gut this to customize it (please do not leave it as is), or delete this post and create a new one.

Ordering Boxes

One of the key features in the editor is the Front Box Properties which allows you to control the order of the posts as they appear as boxes on your set- just use a higher number order to move things to the right, lower to move left.

This also controls the order in which posts are displayed in the WordPress Dashboard.

Short Code Buttons

In this front box, we are skipping leaving a button and a url to link to because this is so awesome it stands on its own. If there is no entry under Extra Dimension Stuff for “Go Button Destination URL” no button is added to the bottom.

But if you really like these buttons, you can use them anywhere in your site using a WordPress shortcodes built into this theme.

Hall of Fame

The Kid

These are made by including in your post code like:

[linkbutton url="https://nationalcowboymuseum.org/awards-halls-of-fame/" text="Hall of Fame" icon="fa-trophy"]

Where:

Content for boxes

Since a Front Box item is an ordinary WordPress Post, it can include:

  • lists
  • of
  • things

And fancy blockquotes…

“When my time comes, just skin me and put me up there on Trigger, just as though nothing had ever changed.”

Yell Loudly to Find Me

I’m busy out there in the wild web, but am also eager to hear what kind of tales you spin or offers you may send my way.

You might find me at one of those little pretty icons there on the page, but also feel free to give me a yell over on my contact page.
